We will email an embroidery or print artwork proof for your approval, although how quickly after receipt of your order and artwork you receive the proof will to some extend depend on the artwork you are able to provide. If you are able to provide a good quality digital format, then the proof should be with you within 2 – 3 working days. Actual production usually takes 5 -10 working days from receipt of your proof approval and you will then receive email notification once your order has been despatched.

We generally use royal mail to deliver all orders and goods should arrive within 3 – 5 working days of despatch. Alternatively you can collect from our office here in Swindon.

The size information, as supplied by the garment’s manufacturer, is in the ‘Size’ drop down menu on each garment’s product information page. Matching your own size to the garment sizes quoted should allow you to identify the correct sizing for your order.

Provided you have matched your sizes as detailed above, this should not happen. Please check all sizes carefully before you order. In the unlikely event that your garment does not fit then Your Logo may in some circumstances supply a replacement. Contact us for details.

As all garments have been approved by the school to ensure that they all conform to their uniform policy there is no need for you to have to check samples. All our garments are of the highest quality and can be purchased with confidence.

In order to be read by an embroidery or printing machine your artwork needs to be presented in a digitised format. Conversion from standard artwork to digitised format is a skilled and time consuming job and is one of the main elements in producing high quality embroidery. Our design origination cost covers this conversion.

We have a number of standard pre-digitised fonts available. If you use one of these for your text then no origination cost would be incurred.

Measure the width and depth of the embroidery area in centimetres and multiply them together, this will give you the squared cm area. eg. width 10cm x depth 2cm = 20 sq cm, or width 6cm x depth 6cm = 12 sq cm.
